These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapPack website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), published by Anvil Dragoon (SIRET 941330045, RCS Créteil 941 330 045, VAT FR47941330045). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you upload to the Service. When you upload content, you give SnapPack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works (including packshots generated from your photos) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Service.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Uploading any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates the privacy or image rights of others.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. SnapPack, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall SnapPack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
